Who are we?  Our practice is staffed experienced developmental  pediatricians and nurses who are specially trained and highly skilled in working with children and families of special need.  Some of us have been involved in the care of special needs children  for more than 20 years and have treated children with developmental issues that are both common and rare. We strive to help parents and families with all of their questions and concerns. 

Developmental Pediatricians are physicians fully trained in pediatrics and have additional training and experience in the field of developmental disabilities. This training typically includes the areas of human development, psychiatry, neurology, genetics and rehabilitation.

Developmental Nurses are pediatric nurse clinicians who have additional training and experience in developmental disabilities.

Anthony Malone M.D. Board Certified in Pediatrics, and Developmental /Behavioral Pediatrics.. He has been active in the field of childhood development for more than 30 years.

Scott Bello M.D., M.P.H. Board Certified in Pediatrics and Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics, Dr Bello is highly experience in all phases of developmental medicine.

Diane Bourke M.D. Board Certified in Pediatricsand Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics, specialty trained in Developmental Pediatrics. Dr Bourke has been with our practice for more than 10 years.

Barbara Samuels M.D., M.P.H
Dr. Samuels most recently served as a developmental pediatrician in Concord, North Carolina, and has also served in the public health sector in Georgia, Washington, Arizona and Texas. She is board certified in Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics.
